Dec. 2002: MITSUBISHI stops production of hybrid
ICs
MITSUBISHI has decided to stop the production of the hybrid
ICs
The last driver- and power supply modules will be provided in March
2003, afterwards MITSUBISHI only sells those modules from stock.
The production will be continued by ISAHAYA Electronics Corporation, who will produce the modules under their own brand. Customers should raise stock of the hybrid modules.
